HOW TO CARE FOR YOUR KIDNEY AT HOME


 I have been asked this question many times, and I know how painful it is to see family members in destress with a kidney issues.  There are so many ways to take care of your kidney the natural way, by creating a home healthcare plan for your kidney,  even if you don't have kidney issues,  do it so you don't have kidney issues.  To care for your kidney, maintain a healthy lifestyle by controlling blood pressure,  blood sugar levels,  and eating a low salt diet,  including staying hydrated, and including eat a proper diet..  We also need to do some exercise daily by waling or some other exercises at home. It is also recommended to quit smocking which is a great start, and to avoid long term use of NASD, and pain reliever . It is important that you don't over medicate at any age or at any time.   As we get older,  a regular check up is a good idea,  so that you can keep an eye on your health.  If you are not one of these people that don't or won't schedule a regular check up,  do some research on your symptoms to get ahead of the issue.  If you can remember these few tips, it will help your kidney.    1.
