HOW TO IMPROVE MEMORY WITH HERBS

Herb are an ancient civilization to help heal illness, and disease before modern science and modern research and medical  research.
Herbs are a natural health benefit for wellness.  The brain and mental cognition and memory are areas where herbal medicine is explored.    Here are some herbs and steps to help improve your memory.  (1).  Gingko is good to use for age due to memory loss.  You can drink a cup like tea or take it as a capsule once or twice a day.  (2)  Bocopa Monnleri, this herb stimulate the production of GABA in your brain, which is a neurotransmitter that also decrease your blood pressure and calm you down.  (3) Drink tea with ginseng to increase your mental function and memory.  Studies have demonstrated that ginseng improves mental ability as well as mental function.  (5)  Rosemary is a herb with lots of camosic acid which is not only an antioxidant but also goes directly  to your cerebral vascular tissue to dilate them and improve your memory.  You can sprinkle rosemary on food.  Studies have proven rosemary to be useful in sharpening the memory just by smelling it,  and it's easy to grow.  There are two other herbs that can be used in capsule such as gota kola and dragoon blood.    As always I say check with a certified herbalist or a health care provider.
