WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT RINING IN THE EARS

A riming, swishing or other noise in the ear or head when no external sounds is present.  It's more of a nuisance than a serious problem.  In rare cases it can be a sign of an underlying medical condition that needs attention.  About 10 percent has experience this ringing called Tinnitus.   I have it myself, and it's not everyday,  but it happens.  Most people are unaware of the normal noises the body makes and the environment  mask them,  such as the back ground noise of everyday.  What causes Tinnitus?
Here are a few things,  fluid, infection, loud noises or diseases of the middle eardrum,  damages to the microscopic ending of the ending of the inner ear.  There can be rare cases where there is a serious medical problem,  such as brain acoustic nerve tumor.  Treatment for tinnitus depends on the underlying cause,  because there is not cure.  Tinnitus can also disappear on its own, or you may need medication.  I use gingko which is a herbal medicine.   There are some things you can do to prevent
it such as avoiding caffeine, salt, using Quips in the ear,  because it could push ear wax into the eardrum which will make a impact and cause tinnitus,  avoid or drink alcohol moderately, and eat  a healthy diet.  Here are some herbal  medicine that can help,  gingko, goldenseal, and blue cohosh. Before you begin your herbal regimen,  seek a herbalist or healthcare provider.
